Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cllr Dave
Norman, Cabinet Member for Fire, Community Safety and Libraries
(08/10/2020): Procurement of Refugee Support for the grant funded
Home Office Resettlement Scheme

To exercise the option to extend the contract with GARAS on the
expiry of the initial three-year contract period for one year at
its expiry on 31 March 2024. This will ensure continuity of support
is provided to refugees resettling in Gloucestershire under the
grant funded Home Office UK Resettlement Scheme (UKRS). There
remains an option to extend for a further one year after the expiry
of this extension period.
