To seek approval for a new Workforce Strategy
which will support the delivery of the Council Strategy
‘Building Back Better in Gloucestershire’ 2022 to
2026.

which will support the delivery of the Council Strategy
‘Building Back Better in Gloucestershire’ 2022 to

Having considered all of the
information, Cabinet noted the report and
 
 
RESOLVED to:
 
1.
approve the Workforce Strategy set out in appendix one.
 
2.
delegate authority to the Director of People and Digital Services
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Change to
develop an implementation plan aligned to business planning for the
Human Resources
service
