Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from the
Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 (To enter into any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services).

Decision

DECISION 
To award without further
competition an interim call-off contract for the supply of recruitment
advertising services under the3A-20 Advertising
SolutionsESPO
framework agreement to the preferred
tenderer, namely Penna
PLC, in accordance
with the direct award criteria
thereunder.  
The proposed call-off contract
shall continue for a period
of not more than 10months in order
to provide the council with sufficient time
to procure a new longer
term replacement contract for its current recruitment advertising
services contract.
