Adults’ Healthy Lifestyles Service
Following a competitive tender process for the supply of the
Adults’ Healthy Lifestyles Service and having consulted the
Leader of the Council (in his capacity as portfolio holder for
Public Health and Communities) in accordance with the Cabinet
decision dated 21st June 2023:
DECISION
To award a contract for the supply of Gloucestershire’s
Adults’ Healthy Lifestyles Service to ABL Health Limited. The
proposed contract shall continue for an initial period of five
years, commencing 1st April 2024, with a contract value not
exceeding £1,133,369 per annum (£5,666,843 over the
initial five-year term). The contract includes an option to extend
its term for two further periods of not more than two years at each
extension.
