DECISION  
 
To approve the
allocation of £330,000 from the Contain Outbreak Management
Fund (COMF) to the Public Health and Communities Team - Public
Mental Health budget, for the purposes of funding the
Council’s current contracts for the provision of a Mental
Wellbeing Helpline for adults and Teens in
Crisis (known as TIC+) ‘TIC+ Chat’ Service for Children
and Young People during financial year
2023/24. 
 
Funding for such
contracts during the period 24/25 to the contract end dates shall
revert to being funded on the basis set out in decision papers
dated 21st September 2022, 23rd January 2023 and Officer Decision
Paper dated 14th April
2022.
