Purpose

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for
Adult Social Care Delivery in connection with the decisions set out
below, to approve:

1. Gloucestershire County Council (the Council) to enter into a
three-year Grant Agreement with Gloucester City Council for the
transfer of DLUHC section 31 grant funding from the Council to
Gloucester City Council (as described in Resource Implications)
allocated for the delivery housing training, champions and
specialist advocate role(s) in relation to Domestic Abuse (DA)
support in DA safe accommodation, (Cabinet July 2021 and Office
Decision February 2023), and;

2. For the Council’s Legal Services to duly sign and seal
Gloucester City Council’s Grant Agreement.
