Purpose
To exercise a three-year extension option
(commencing 1st April 2025) under each of the Council’s
current Public Health Enhanced Service (PHES) contracts with
General Practices across Gloucestershire.
Individually contracted General Practices will be invited to
continue to provide the following services during the period of the
intended extension:
• Sexual Health Enhanced Services, consisting of;
i. Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)
ii. Additional Sexual Health Clinics (ASHCs)
• NHS Health Checks; and
• Stop Smoking Support
Decision
