Purpose

To approve the procurement and award of a
contract for a new Robin bus service.

Decision

That the Leader of Council
rejects the alternative options and takes the recommended decision
to:
 
Delegate authority to the
Executive Director of Economy, Environment and Infrastructure,
to:
 

Conduct a competitive
procurement process using the council’s Transport Dynamic
Purchasing System to procure a contract for the supply of a Robin
bus service in the Newent area. The proposed contract shall
continue for a period of no more than 15 months, ending no later
than 30 June 2026;

 

Award the contract
described in Recommendation 1 to the preferred
tenderer.
