Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cabinet
Member decision dated 6th April 2021 under which the Cabinet Member
for Environment and Planning delegated authority to the Head of
Highway Authority (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Environment and Planning) to:

1. Conduct a competitive procurement process in respect of one or
more contracts for the supply of highway works in relation to the
B4063 Gloucester to Cheltenham Cycle Improvements - Pirton Lane
Junction Scheme.

2. Award such contracts to the preferred tenderer(s).

Since the above decision was taken the title of the relevant
Cabinet Member has changed from the “Cabinet Member for
Environment and Planning” to the “Cabinet Member for
Environment, Economy and Planning".

Following the conclusion of a procurement process in respect of a
contract for the supply of highway works in connection with the
delivery of the B4063 Gloucester to Cheltenham Cycle Improvements -
Pirton Lane Junction Scheme (the “Scheme”) and having
consulted with the Cabinet Member for Environment, Economy and
Planning, in accordance with the Cabinet decision on 6th April
2021:

DECISION

To award the above contract to the preferred tenderer, namely
Montel Civil Engineering Limited.

Decision

Following the conclusion of a procurement
process in respect of a contract for the supply of highway works in
connection with the delivery of the B4063 Gloucester to Cheltenham
Cycle Improvements - Pirton Lane Junction Scheme (the
“Scheme”) and having consulted with the Cabinet Member
for Environment, Economy and Planning, in accordance with the
Cabinet decision on 6th April 2021:  
 
DECISION  
To award the above contract to the preferred
tenderer, namely Montel Civil Engineering Limited.
