Having considered all of the information, Cabinet noted the report

RESOLVED to:
 
Approve the change to the
Children & Families Capital Programme as set out in the report
by adding 
£3.0million to the approved Capital Scheme for the New
Special School in Gloucester, to be funded by £0.4million
from the unallocated Carbon Reduction in Education Properties
capital budget (existing borrowing) and £2.6 million from
unallocated High Needs Provision Capital grant.
