Purpose

Following the conclusion of a competitive
process in respect of a contract for the delivery of a Sexual
Health Prevention Service, and having consulted with the Cabinet
Member with responsibility for Public Health and Communities in
accordance with the Individual Cabinet Member decision dated 5
August 2024:

DECISION

To award the above contract to the preferred tenderer, namely
Eddystone Trust. The contract shall continue for an initial period
of 3 years and include an option to extend its term for a further
period of 2 years on its third anniversary (i.e., 3+2
years).
