Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from Cabinet
(24/07/2024): Solar Photovoltaics installation at maintained
schools in Gloucestershire

Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process under
the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6313 Demand Management &
Renewables dynamic purchasing system (DPS) in respect of two
contracts for the purchase and installation of solar photovoltaic
panels at maintained schools during a three year period 2025-2028,
and having consulted Cllr Lynden Stowe, Deputy Leader and Cabinet
Member for Finance and Change in accordance with the Cabinet
decision of 24 July 2024:

DECISION

To award the above contract for Solar Photovoltaics Installation in
Maintained Schools to the preferred tenderer, namely Potentia
Engineering Ltd; and

To award the above contract for Solar Photovoltaics Installation in
Maintained Schools to the preferred tenderer, namely GSM
Ltd.

Decision

Following the conclusion of a competitive
