Having consulted with Cllr Carole Allaway-Martin, Cabinet Member
for Adult Social Care Commissioning, in accordance with a Cabinet
decision dated 20th September 2023:
DECISION:
To approve a variation to the council’s call-off contract
with Possum Ltd under the NHS SBS framework agreement that was
awarded in accordance with an officer executive decision dated July
2024, relating to the provision of Telecare stock and installation
services for the purpose of completing a revised number of Digital
Switchovers for individuals in receipt of Telecare services (i.e.
circa 400), rather than the 800 that were anticipated when the
call-off contract was awarded originally.
