Purpose

Approving the award of the single provider
Framework Agreement for the supply of GDASS (hereafter referred to
as the ‘Framework’) to GreenSquareAccord Limited on
completion of a compliant procurement process in line with the
Public Contract Regulations 2015 using the open procurement route
to market to ensure continuity of high quality support provision
for victims and survivors of domestic abuse in
Gloucestershire.

Following the conclusion of the above-mentioned procurement process
and having consulted with the cabinet member for Public Health in
accordance with Cabinet’s decision of 24th July 2024 to award
a single provider framework agreement for the supply of
Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Service (GDASS) to
GreenSquareAccord Limited. The proposed Framework Agreement shall
continue for a period of four years.

cabinet member for Public Health in accordance with Cabinet’s
decision of 24th July 2024 to award a single provider
framework agreement for the supply of Gloucestershire Domestic
