Having consulted with the Cabinet member for Business, Economic
Development, Planning and Infrastructure (as successor to the Lead
Cabinet Member for Environment, Economy and Planning) in accordance
with a Cabinet decision dated 20th March 2025:
DECISION?
To vary Gloucestershire County Council’s (GCC’s) Stage
1 Professional Services Contract (PSC) with Galliford Try
Construction Ltd by amending its Notice To Proceed provisions in
order to enable GCC to commit to the construction works associated
with the delivery of the M5 J10 Improvements Scheme in a staged
manner under two separate Notice To Proceed
notifications.
