Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from a Cabinet
Member decision dated 24th May 2022

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Education & Skills
(as successor to the Cabinet Member for Economy, Education and
Skills) in accordance with the Cabinet Member decision dated 24th
May 2022:

DECISION

To exercise Gloucestershire County Council’s (GCC’s)
one-year extension option (commencing on 1st September 2025) under
its call-off contract for the supply of School Improvement Services
under its Modified Open Framework Agreement for such services. We
are extending the terms of 25 call-off contracts with the suppliers
listed in paragraph 10 in the Background/Context section of this
report.
