Purpose

Following the conclusion of a competitive
tender process in respect of a contract for the supply of the
Tobacco Dependency Outreach Service, and having consulted with the
Cabinet Member with responsibility for Public Health, Communities
& Fire (as successor to the Cabinet Member for Public Health
and Communities) in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 15th
May 2024:

DECISION

To award the above contract to the preferred tenderer, namely ABL
Health Ltd. The contract shall commence on 1st December 2025 and
continue for an initial period of two years (i.e., until 30th
November 2027) and include a one year and four months extension
option which will extend the term of the contract until 31st March
2029 if exercised.

Decision
