Purpose

To seek approval to
extend the term of the implementation period in respect of the
Enterprise Resource Planning /SAP replacement for an additional 2
months resulting in a revised go-live date of 31st March
2026; and to approve the additional associated funding

Cllr Colin Hay sought Cabinet approval to
extend the term of the implementation period in respect of the
Enterprise Resource Planning /SAP replacement.

Approve an extension to the term of the
council’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/SAP
Implementation Programme.
