RESOLVED to:

Delegate authority to the Executive Director for Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet lead for Nature, Climate and Waste Reduction, to exercise the council’s two-year extension option (commencing 7th August 2026) under its contract with Ubico Ltd for the provision of Household Recycling Centre Management Services (HRC Management Services).
