Purpose

Service (GFRS) Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) 2026-2030
Decision
In coming to this decision I have given due
and full regard to the requirements of the public sector equality
duty contained in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010 (“the
Act”) by reference to the law itself.
Having fully considered all the
available information, I have decided to reject the alternative
options and take the recommended decision:
Approve the content
of the draft condensed Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue
Service’s Community Risk Management Plan 2026-2030 set out in
the accompanying documentation.
Give approval to
conduct a 6-week consultation exercise in respect of the above
draft condensed Community Risk Management Plan
2026-2030.
For the reasons set out in the
report.
