Purpose

Following the conclusion of a competitive
procurement
process under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
Vertical Application Solutions Framework Agreement
(RM6259), in respect of a call-off contract for the supply of
a
cloud based IT Case Management System that will be used
by the council’s Education directorate to support all
interactions for children, young people and relevant parties
throughout their involvement in education; and having
consulted with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for
Education and Skills (as successors to the Cabinet Member
for Transformation and Change; Cabinet Member for
Education and Bus Transport); and the Director of Education
in accordance with the Cabinet decision of 28 February 2025:
DECISION
To award the above call-off contract to the preferred
tenderer,
namely Liquidlogic Limited (trading as “ System C”).
The calloff contract shall continue for an initial period of 5
years and 5
months (with the first 1 year and 5 months of this period
being used to provide system implementation services) and
include options to extend its term for a further period of 5
years in 1-year increments (i.e. 5 years and 5 months + 1 + 1
+ 1 + 1 + 1 years).
