The Executive Director of Adult Services, Wellbeing and Communities awarded block contracts for the Community Bridging Service on 20/08/2026. The decision was to award these contracts to providers selected from Lot 5b of the Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Framework Agreement. The contracts will run for five years and six months, commencing October 1st, 2026.

Patsy To, Head of Libraries & Registration, decided on 11/06/2025 to award a Call-Off Contract for the supply and installation of furniture at Gloucester Library to Wagstaff Group Ltd. This decision was made in consultation with Cllr Lisa Spivey, Leader of the Council. The contract is for the supply and installation of furniture and bespoke modular items.

Ann James, Executive Director of Children's Services, decided on 15/08/2025 to enter into a funding agreement with Greenshaw Learning Trust. This agreement provides £2.682 million towards a project to create additional classroom accommodation at Henley Bank High School. The funding will enable a permanent increase of 150 places from September 2031 onwards.

Ann James, Executive Director Children's Services, decided on 07/04/2026 to award funding for the Holiday Activity and Food programme for Spring, Summer, and Winter 2026. Funding was awarded to HAF Community Connector providers and specialist SEND providers following a Request for Quotation process. £105,000 was awarded to Community Connectors and £119,546 to SEND providers.

The Executive Director of Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Business, Economic Development, Planning & Infrastructure, decided to award a call-off contract to AtkinsRealis for Highways Traffic and Transport services. This decision, made under Lot 5 of the ESPO Consultancy Services framework, allows for continued consultancy work on the M5 Junction 9 and A46 Transport Scheme. The decision also increases scheme approvals by £360k and continues work on the Strategic Outline Case and Outline Business Case until October 2026, capping costs at £534k.
