Decision
That the Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation rejects the alternative options and takes the recommended decision to:
- Approve the appointment of Oliver Woodhams, Director of Finance and Procurement as a Local Authority Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ubico Ltd.
- Delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Resources (Section 151 Officer), in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets and Transformation, to finalise the terms of the appointment, including duration and any ancillary matters required to give effect to this decision.
- Authorise the support for completion of any necessary Ubico shareholder resolutions, board resolutions and associated documentation to implement the above appointment. For the reasons set out in the report.
