Purpose

Following a review of the Children and Young People’s Advocacy Service in accordance with the Cabinet Decision of 22nd February 2022 to conduct a competitive procurement process in respect of Health and Social Care Independent Advocacy Services for Adults, Children and Young People and in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Safeguarding and Care.



DECISION

To terminate the contract for the supply of Children’s Advocacy Services with Reconstruct (Adults and Children) Ltd. The contract shall continue for 12 months from the 1 April 2026, in line with Schedule 1 – Optional Clauses, Clause 1.13 of the Contract. The Contract will cease on the 31 March 2027.
