Decision

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Education and Skills (as successor to the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services) in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 12 June 2024:

DECISION

To award the following [phase 9 and 10] Subsidy Control Regime compliant grant funding on the basis set out in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 to this report using the grant award process agreed by Cabinet on 12 June 2024:

  1. Childcare Reforms Local Authority Capital funding: and
  1. Wraparound Childcare Delivery grant to expand existing and/or develop new early years and out of school provision (wraparound)
