Decision

Having consulted with the Deputy Leader & Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets & Transformation and Leader of the Council in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 22 April 2026:

DECISION

To modify the council’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (Microsoft EA) with Unified Support contract with Trustmarque Solutions Limited (awarded under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), TEPAS Framework Agreement (RM6068)) by adding the supply of an additional 3,753 Microsoft 365 Copilot licences to those already supplied. The term of the contract variation is 10-months commencing 1 June 2026, to support delivery of the Stronger Futures Technology Workstream.

Any continuation, expansion or renewal beyond this period will be subject to a separate Executive Implementation Decision, informed by evidence of adoption, productivity impact and finance validated outcomes.
