Having consulted the Cabinet Member for Nature, Climate & Waste Reduction, and in accordance with the authority delegated by Cabinet on 10th June 2026, the Executive Director of Economy, Environment and Infrastructure: -
Approves The Notice of Intention to Commence Plan Making for the Gloucestershire Joint Minerals and Waste Plan and authorises its publication in accordance with Regulation 44 of the Town & Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026; and
Approves the Gloucestershire Joint Minerals and Waste Plan Timetable and authorises its publication in accordance with Regulation 5 and 9 of the Town & Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026.
