Purpose

Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process in respect of a contract for the provision of adult social care provider support and engagement services and having consulted with the cabinet member for Adults Services and Independence:



DECISION:

To award the above contract to the preferred tenderer, namely Gloucestershire Care Providers Association. The contract shall continue for an initial period of three (3) years and includes an option to extend its term for a further period of not more than one (1) year (i.e. 3+1 years).
