Following a Cabinet decision dated 28th January 2026 to delegate authority to the Executive Director of Economy, Environment & Infrastructure, to award a call-off contract for the supply of fuel cards and fuel for Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service (GFRS) emergency vehicles, and Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) fleet vehicles, to the sole appointed supplier under the Blue Light Commercial Framework Agreement (BLC-FLEET-0119), namely Allstar Business Solutions Limited
