The Council of Greenwich Council resolved on 29 January 2025 to approve recommendations regarding dockless cycles. The council will work with operators to create dedicated parking bays, increase fines for antisocial use, and require operators to provide data access and a user-friendly reporting system with a service-level agreement. The council will also consider banning operators who have not signed a Memorandum of Understanding by Summer 2025 and work with the government to gain necessary enforcement powers.
