Noted the audited financial statements for 2024/25 and update on the provisional outturn and service performance for 2025/26 in respect of two of the Council’s wholly owned companies:
i) GS Plus Ltd (GSP); summarised in section 4.2 and detailed in the Audited Financial Statements 2024/25 attached to this report at Appendix A of the report.
ii) Greenwich Service Solutions Ltd (GSS); summarised in section 4.3 and detailed in the Audited Financial Statements 2024/25 attached to this report at Appendix B of the report.
iii) Service updates for both companies, as set out in section 5 of the report.
