To consider the outcome of the statutory consultation and determine whether to make the Permanent Traffic Management Orders

- Considered the representations received during the statutory consultation in relation to the proposed cycle hangar locations listed in Table 1 of the report.
- Agreed the following in respect of the proposed Traffic Management Orders (TMOs), having regard to the material objections received:
- 1 That the TMO is not made for the following location due to significant site-specific concerns:
· Eltham Park Gardens
- 2 That the following locations are not progressed as currently proposed and are subject to further design work and statutory consultation to identify alternative suitable locations:
· Fingal Street
· Burney Street
· Annandale Road
· Humber Road
- 3 That the TMO is made for the following locations, as objections received are not considered to outweigh the benefits of the proposals:
· Old Woolwich Road (Hadrian Street Junction)
· Palmerston Crescent
· Olven Road
· Vernham Road
· Vanbrugh Hill
