Purpose

To consider the outcome of the statutory consultation and determine whether to make the Permanent Traffic Management Orders

Decision

1. Considered the representations received during the statutory consultation in relation to the proposed cycle hangar locations listed in Table 1 of the report.
2. Agreed the following in respect of the proposed Traffic Management Orders (TMOs), having regard to the material objections received:
3. 1         That the TMO is not made for the following location due to significant site-specific concerns:

·        Eltham Park Gardens

1. 2         That the following locations are not progressed as currently proposed and are subject to further design work and statutory consultation to identify alternative suitable locations:

·        Fingal Street

·        Burney Street

·        Annandale Road

·        Humber Road

1. 3         That the TMO is made for the following locations, as objections received are not considered to outweigh the benefits of the proposals:

·        Old Woolwich Road (Hadrian Street Junction)

·        Palmerston Crescent

·        Olven Road

·        Vernham Road

·        Vanbrugh Hill
