Decision

Noted the delivery achieved through the Housing Capital Programme up to the end of the 2025/26 financial year.

Noted the detail around non-decency in the council housing stock.

Noted the delivery of the council’s Housing Stock Condition Survey Programme.

Agreed the budget virements, detailed in Exempt Appendix A, to allocate budget to the individual Capital Investment schemes.

Agreedto treat the information contained in the Exempt Appendix A to this report as exempt from the provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority holding that information) and to agree that this exempt information contained in the Exempt Appendix shall not be released to the press or public.
