- Approved the delivery model for Children’s Centres and Best Start Family Hubs.
- Approved the procurement of a contract for the delivery of the Children’s Centres and Best Start Family Hubs services for an initial period of 5 years (1 April 2027 - 31 March 2032) which can be extended after the initial five years for any period or periods up to 4 years in total (up to 31 March 2036).
- Noted that the Family Hubs elements of service is initially only offered for the first two years of the contract and is subject to DfE and DHSC funding.
