Noted the progress of the 3-year works programme included as Appendix 1 of the report.

Noted the tendered works and fee to manage the works comes to £1,485,875. The budget allocation (noting budget for 26/7 has yet to be agreed) was £1,381,490 leaving a projected shortfall of £104,385.

Confirmed to defer work to 2027/8.

Agreed to re-profile the 3-year budget to facilitate the works in 25/6 and 26/7 and to effectively move the North Chapel refurbishment back to enable wider Cemetery repair (funded by Royal Borough of Greenwich) to the Burial Chapel to complete first, this will enable the Crematorium to offer services in the Burial chapel whilst the North Chapel is refurbished thus resulting in reduced service provision, rather than total loss.
