Approved entering into the deeds of surrender (Exempt Appendix E and F) with the leaseholders of 128A Southwood Road, London, SE9 3QN and 38 Heavitree Road, London, SE18 7RB to enable the enactment of planning permissions delivering new build Council homes.

Noted execution of the deeds of surrender is strictly conditional upon obtaining leaseholder mortgage release forms and certainty of development, specifically the enactment of planning consent, the formal letting of the build contract, and the finalisation of funding arrangements.

Agreed to treat the information contained in the Exempt Appendices C to F to this report as exempt information in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person, including the authority holding that information). To agree that this exempt information contained in the Exempt Appendices C to F shall not be released to the press or public.
