The Director of Health and Adult Services approved the direct award of the Home First, Discharge to Assess and Recovery service to Eleanor Nursing and Social Care Limited for three years with a total value of up to £7,080,000. The service will provide short-term rehabilitation and recovery support to enable people to return home or to the most independent setting.
