Noted that as agreed at the last meeting on 4th February 2026 all works programmed for 2026/7 have been deferred and the only programmed spend in 2026/7 is the release of retention for works completed in 2025/6 in the sum of £24,702.33.

Agreed that the small ponds in the North Chapel and memorial garden would benefit from a face lift and programmed maintenance regime similar to that put in place for the large pond, costs for such a regime in 2026/7 are estimated at £25,000.

Noted the content of the feasibility study (appendix 2 of the report) into cremator replacement and discuss planned date for replacement programme.
