To agree the new Plan

Decision

Noted the findings of the Greenwich 2050 engagement, which ran from 23 July to 24 August 2026, as set out in section 8 of the report.

Approved the Corporate Plan 2026–2030, attached at Appendix B of the report, and recommended it to Full Council for adoption as part of the Council’s Policy Framework on 21st of October 2026.

Approved the Vision for 2050, attached at Appendix A of the report and recommended it to Full Council for adoption as part of the Council’s Policy Framework on 21st of October 2026.

Agreed that Cabinet will receive an annual update on progress against the Corporate Plan, and that the performance indicators sitting beneath each priority outcome will be reported on a public dashboard, updated as regularly as the underlying data allows.

Noted that the delivery commitments in the Corporate Plan will be reflected in directorate and service plans, and that their resource implications will be taken through the Medium Term Financial Strategy and the budget for 2027/28.
