Decision

Agreed to dispose of the freehold of the former Premises Manager’s house, Fuchsia Street by way of auction or private treaty

Delegated authority to the Director of Place and Growth to make the appointments needed to enable these assets to be disposed of effectively, efficiently and at the best price reasonably obtainable and noted the terms of any disposal will be agreed in accordance with Part 3 of the Council’s Constitution.

Delegated authority to the Director of Place and Growth in consultation with the Director of Resources ( s151 officer) to agree with the auctioneer the reserve price if the sale proceeds by way of auction.

Noted that the Director of Place and Growth will implement the disposal process in accordance with prevailing market conditions or other circumstances.
