Licensing Regulatory Sub-Committee

Other than for those matters prescribed by the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005, the Licensing Regulatory Sub-Committee convenes to determine contested licensing applications and disciplinary matters within the purview of the Licensing Committee in accordance with the Council’s policies.   Any three members of the Licensing Committee can convene to determine a Licensing Regulatory Sub-Committee hearing.    The following councillors are designated Licensing Regulatory Sub-Committee Chairpersons:   Councillor Amanda Creese Councillor Gillian Harwood Councillor Masuk Miah Councillor Patrick Oven Councillor Cait Taylor Councillor Keith Witham Councillor Catherine Young
