About

This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving general exception notices. These notices allow for certain council decisions to be made without the usual public consultation or scrutiny, typically in cases of urgency or where public interest is deemed to be minimal. The committee's role is to ensure these exceptions are justified and appropriately documented, affecting the transparency and accountability of specific council actions.
