That the Application be deferred, with a request for further information to be brought back to the Planning Sub Committee at a later date which was to be confirmed.

1. 1   PROPOSAL:

Demolition of existing garages and structures and construction of 22 new residential dwellings (Class C3) with associated amenity space, cycle parking, refuse stores, hard and soft landscaping, play space, comprehensive improvements to public realm and other associated works.

1. 2  The Planning Officer presented the application and asked Members to note the Addendum circulated prior to the meeting.
2. 3   Oliva Gordon, Melissa Simmonds and Sean Erat spoke in objection to the application.
3. 4   Jenifer Langton LBH Development Management, spoke in support of the application.
4. 5   During a discussion the following points were raised and discussed by the committee.
