About
The Health & Wellbeing Board provides leadership for health and wellbeing in Hammersmith & Fulham, agreeing the vision and strategic priorities as part of the Joint Health & Wellbeing Strategy. It ensures commissioning decisions are evidence-based to improve outcomes and integrate services, and drives the development and implementation of the strategy. The Board oversees the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, and ensures public and patient involvement in health and wellbeing services.
