About
The Planning and Development Control Committee is responsible for deciding on planning applications within Hammersmith and Fulham. This includes applications for general planning permission, as well as specific consents for works affecting listed buildings and properties located in conservation areas. The committee also has the authority to issue enforcement notices. Decisions made by the committee are recorded in its meeting minutes, and members of the public who have commented on an application can register to speak at meetings.
