Purpose

This report is to approve a contract award to
Thermoserv Ltd. to provide the services identified in the summary
of this report, for a period of up to 5 years at an estimated total
value of £31,961,300 revenue and capital.

Decision

1.   
To agree that Appendix B is not for publication on
the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or
business affairs of any particular person (including the authority
holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A
of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

The recommendation in this report is to approve a
contract award to Thermoserv Ltd. to
provide the services identified in the summary of this report, for
a period of up to 5 years at an estimated total value of
£31,961,300 revenue and capital.
