Purpose

A contract award to provide materials, tools
and storage facilities for the general repairs and fire safety
Direct Labour Organisations.

Decision

1.   
To note that Appendix 1 is not for publication on
the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or
business affairs of any particular person (including the authority
holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A
of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

 
2.   
To approve the procurement strategy as set out in
this paper and consequent award of contract to Travis Perkins Ltd
via the Pretium framework, for a total value of up to
£4,800,000 for a contract period of 3 years from 8 April 2024
to 7 April 2027.
 
3.   
To approve the use of the Pretium framework at a cost of
£8,000 per annum, which equates to a total cost for the
contract period of 3 years to be £24,000.
