Purpose
Contract award of a newly procured service:
H&F’s community sexual health service for 3 years
commencing on 1st April 2024, (£366,000 per annum), with two
possible 2-year extensions. Maximum budget envelope of
£2,562,000.
Decision
That the Deputy Leader
and Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care:
1.
Notes that Appendices 1 and 2 are not for
publication on the basis that they contain information relating to
the financial or business affairs of any particular person
(including the authority holding that information) as set out in
paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as
amended).
2.
Approve the award of a contract to Turning Point UK
Limited for the delivery of a Community
Sexual Health Service, for an initial
three-year period from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027. This will
include the option to extend for a further two periods of two years
(up to seven years in total). The value of the initial three-year
term is £1,098,000.00 (£366,000 per annum). Rising to a
maximum of £2,562,000.00 should all options to extend the
contract be taken up.
