Approval to award an extension to the current
caretaking contract delivered on housing land by Pinnacle
Ltd.

Decision

That a contract extension be
granted to Pinnacle Ltd in respect of the Housing Caretaking
service, extending the service from 31 March 2024 to 11th May 2025,
at an anticipated cost of £5,321,019.

Reasons for the decision

The decision is recommended to
ensure continued effective delivery of the caretaking service
across housing estates whilst the longer-term solution is defined,
procured and implemented.

Option 1: Authorise an approx.
14-month extension to existing contract (recommended)
