Purpose

A direct contract award for the provision of
Tier 1 and Tier 2 damp and mould works in council housing across
the borough.

Decision

1.   
To agree that Appendix 1 is not for
publication on the basis that it contains information relating to
the financial or business affairs of any particular person
(including the authority holding that information) as set out in
paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as
amended)? 
 
2.   
To approve a contract award to Effectable
Construction Services Ltd for a total value of up to £2
million, to run through to 31 July 2025. The contract will be
incepted as soon as allowable.
 
3.   
To note the accompanying waiver from the Contract
Standing Orders which will enable this contract award.
